1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Spacenet Travels. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Spacenet Travels.

2. Booking & Payments

When you make a booking with Spacenet Travels, the following terms apply:

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required advance payment and issue a written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp).
• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance of 30–50% (depending on the package) is required to secure your booking. The exact amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour, as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as communicated. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Booking Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (names, IDs, contact information) for all travelers. Spacenet Travels is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Our package prices are designed to be transparent and competitive. Please note:

• Inclusions: Each package includes specific services (accommodation, transport, permits, etc.) as detailed in the package description. Please read the inclusions carefully before booking.
• Exclusions: Personal expenses, travel insurance, meals not specified, entry fees to monuments not mentioned, and any items not explicitly listed as included are excluded.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fuel costs, government taxes, or peak season surcharges. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.
• Additional Costs: Any additional services requested during the trip will be charged separately and must be paid directly.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total package cost (excluding non-refundable advance).
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Note: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Non-refundable components (such as permits, flight tickets, or hotel advances) will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information for bookings and permits.
• Carry valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) at all times during the trip.
• Respect local customs, traditions, and environmental guidelines of North East India.
• Follow the instructions of your tour guide and adhere to the itinerary.
• Be responsible for your personal belongings and travel documents.
• Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs in advance.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled activities and departures.

6. Agency Responsibilities

Spacenet Travels commits to:

• Providing the services as described in your confirmed itinerary.
• Ensuring your safety and comfort throughout the trip.
• Arranging all permits, accommodations, and transportation as agreed.
• Providing knowledgeable local guides and support staff.
• Responding promptly to any issues or concerns during your trip.
• Maintaining transparency in pricing and communication.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible experience, Spacenet Travels shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure).
• Personal injury or property damage arising from activities not organized by us.
• Loss of personal belongings or travel documents.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the traveler.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the package.

8. Force Majeure

Spacenet Travels shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides).
• Political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies.
• Weather conditions making travel unsafe.
• Any other unforeseen events.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or reschedule your trip.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Spacenet Travels and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agartala, Tripura.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
